30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it.

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused.

• With tags attached and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

• Intimate goods (such as tube tops, underwear, or swimwear) for hygiene and health reasons.

• Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

• Gift cards.

How to Start a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@supkitmk.com.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

• Defective/Wrong Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, Supkitmk will cover the return shipping cost or offer a full refund without return.

• Change of Mind/Size Issues: If you simply changed your mind or chose the wrong size, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
